Paul Muscat, President and Managing Director of ReCoop Ltd, is a qualified Restorer-Conservator. He holds a Bachelor’s in Restoration and Conservation of Cultural Heritage from the University of Malta (2003) and a Master of Arts in Baroque Studies (2011). Mr Muscat was instrumental in setting up ReCoop Ltd after his degree and it has since become a leading entity in the Restoration and Conservation of fine arts and architecture in Malta. He is also a founding member of the Malta Cooperative Federation and currently serves as Treasurer on the Committee of Management.
