David has been acting as CEO of Malta Freeport Corporation for the past five years. He has a background of 32 years’ service in the Financial sector having worked at Med-Med Bank and HSBC Malta plc. Served as Branch Manager at various branches in Malta. Occupied the post of CEO at ARMS. Graduated in Social Studies and for a number of years held the post of Assistant Secretary of the Profession section of the GWU.
